Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety since dog waste is considered as a hazardous material. We ensure it’s double-bagged and placed securely in your trash can or neatly at the side of your house.
You can request a specific cleanup day, and while not all days may be available in your area, we typically offer 2-3 options to accommodate your schedule.
We love having dogs around while we work! However, for the safety of our team, we kindly request that any dogs displaying signs of aggression be kept indoors during the cleaning. If your dog does act aggressively toward our team, we will need to ask you to bring them inside, and in some cases, it may result in removal from our service route.
We don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. To keep costs low and ensure efficiency, we optimize our routes the night before service. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, our flexible scheduling helps us serve more clients effectively.
