Our Owner
Fluffy Scooper was born in the heart of Southeast Austin’s vibrant Easton Park neighborhood, inspired by a deep love for dogs and our family of six adorable English Bulldogs. One of our pups, uniquely blessed with fluffy fur, became the inspiration for our company’s name. Living in one of the nation’s most dog-friendly cities, we saw an opportunity to support our community by helping busy neighbors with one of the least loved chores—pet waste removal.
Our owner brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality industry by serving others, ensuring every client receives top-notch care and attention. We look forward to bringing that same passion to our neighbors, helping families enjoy more quality time with their furry friends.

At Fluffy Scooper, your safety and your dog’s well-being are our highest priorities. To protect against the spread of germs, we thoroughly disinfect our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade cleaner after every yard. Additionally, we provide gate photos after each service to confirm it’s securely closed, giving you peace of mind about your pets’ safety. All our team members undergo background checks to ensure a trustworthy and reliable service.
No contracts required! You can easily start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal or by giving us a call.
Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety since dog waste is considered as a hazardous material. We ensure it’s double-bagged and placed securely in your trash can or neatly at the side of your house.
You can request a specific cleanup day, and while not all days may be available in your area, we typically offer 2-3 options to accommodate your schedule.
We absolutely love dogs and enjoy saying hi during visits! However, we prefer that pets stay indoors while we clean so we can work more efficiently and ensure a quicker turnaround. This way, your furry friends can get back to enjoying their fresh, clean yard in no time. If your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that they remain inside for everyone’s safety.
We don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. To keep costs low and ensure efficiency, we optimize our routes the night before service. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, our flexible scheduling helps us serve more clients effectively.
